Permitting – Promoting statewide consistency for streamlined permitting and inspection to make the process easier for builders and building officials Financing - Leverage existing financial resource programs, develop ZNEspecific financing and decision-making tools, and develop other incentives Information Sharing - Develop best practices and model ordinances for Local Government application Property Appraisal - Devise a state standard and provide training to equitably score ZNE homes and calculate their fair value
