Utility block height is aligned with hospital building with the use of chain-link fence. The main purpose of the chain-link fence was intend to hide the HVAC drums in terrace of the utility block.

There are two tenant office. I have taken the concept of geometrical shape and the central open space. Each building having the height of 32 m with G+6 structure.
