GOVERNMENT OF DUBAI – DUBAI AVIATION ENGINEERING PROJECTS DUBAI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT DWC - AL-MAKTOUM INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT As part of the ongoing Dubai International Airport Expansion (Phase III) and the upcoming Al-Maktoum International Airport Expansion (Phase II) in DWC, Dubai Aviation Engineering Projects is currently inviting pre-qualification submissions for Engineering Consultancy Services.

THIS PRE-QUALIFICATION IS RELATED TO VARIOUS UPCOMING PROJECTS, CATEGORIZED AS FOLLOWS: SP/PQ/003 - Category I SP/PQ/004 - Category II SP/PQ/005 - Category III SP/PQ/006 - Category IV SP/PQ/007 - Category V SP/PQ/008 - Category VI SP/PQ/009 - Category VII

Interior Fit-Out Projects, such as airport/airline lounges, offices, and other passenger facilities, with value between 5 and 50 Million General Airport Support Facilities, such as maintenance sheds, fire stations, and hangars, with value between 10 and 200 Million Specialized Airport Facilities, such as cargo handling facilities, with value between than 10 and 200 Million Specialized Airport Facilities, such as Terminals and Concourses, with value over 200 Million Airport Infrastructure projects, such as runways, stands, and navigation systems Specialized Airport Systems, including SAS, BHS, MHS, and IT Infrastructure Operational Readiness, Transition and Compliance Assistance with Civil Aviation Regulations

For participation, applicants are required to clearly register their interest in one or more of the categories mentioned above and provide complete information and substantiation of the following criteria within their formal submission to DAEP for assessment: Local Contact Details; Local Registration and Legal Status; Company Structure and Age; Any Exclusions from Government Contracts; Pending Litigation or Disputes; QA Certifications; Audited Annual Reports (past 5 years); Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance - Provisions / Claims; Relevant Projects Undertaken (past 5 years); Airport Experience (past 10 years); Green Building Credentials and Experience; Current Workload; Local Management & Technical Staff; CV of Key Personnel Including Availability; Local Design Resources and Key Sub-Consultants Applicants shall be Consultants with airport experience applicable to the categories listed above, that are able to demonstrate, based on past records, that they have the capabilities and resources necessary to complete the contracts on time and to the quality standard required. The Applicants shall have a full technical design and support office in Dubai, or shall be associated with a technically capable organization of similar trade in Dubai. For participation, applicants are requested to provide complete information and substantiation of the Standard PQ Questionnaire (three copies) within their formal submission to DAEP for assessment.
