The City of Light envisions an artificial island designed in the shape of a circle, symbolizing the dials of a watch and representing the twelve months of the year. Encircled by water, this unique layout offers a metaphorical representation of time passing. At the heart of the island, surrounded by water, stands a remarkable commercial space featuring a 1000-meter tower designed for multifunctional purposes. Surrounding this tower is a bustling commercial area, housing amenities such as a shopping mall, yacht club, fish market, cinema theatre, and cultural center. This central hub becomes the focal point for diverse activities, fostering a vibrant and lively atmosphere within the City of Light.

The high-rise tower, strategically aligned in an eastto-west direction, holds a distinctive significance. On September 23rd and March 21st, aligning with the equinoxes, the sun rises precisely in the east and sets directly in the west. This alignment allows visitors to witness the mesmerizing spectacle of the sun setting through carefully designed voids within the tower. These voids, strategically placed, channel the sun’s rays, creating an awe-inspiring experience for visitors during these specific days. The tower thus becomes a symbol of the harmonious integration of architecture with the natural elements, providing a unique and unforgettable encounter with the interplay of light and shadow

Surrounding this tower is a bustling commercial area, housing amenities such as a shopping mall, yacht club, fish market, cinema theatre, and cultural center. The City of Light takes the form of a captivating circular island, metaphorically sliced into 12 distinct sections reminiscent of a timepiece, symbolizing the months of the year. This circular shape is crafted as a ring, delicately cradled by the surrounding waters, forming a perfect balance between the artificial and the natural.

BayBreeze Hill Resort isn’t just a hill resort; it’s a celebration of the unique charm that island living affords. Surrounded by the pristine waters of Banasura Sagar Dam, this architectural marvel is designed to immerse its inhabitants in an atmosphere of serene seclusion. From every vantage point, guests will witness the dance of sunlight on the water, creating an ethereal ambiance that transcends the ordinary. Inspired by the undulating hills and the gentle ripples of the dam, the architecture of BayBreeze Hill Resort seamlessly integrates with its surroundings. The resort’s structures, resembling modern interpretations of traditional island dwellings, utilize natural materials that complement the beauty of the site. Expansive windows and open spaces invite the outside in, allowing guests to connect intimately with the picturesque landscape

The resort employs eco-friendly technologies and embraces principles of water conservation, ensuring that the delicate ecosystem of the island remains untouched and flourishing site condition in summer
Banasura Dam is situated at an elevation of approximately 1000 meters above sea level. During the summer, when the water level in the dam is low, the submerged land becomes visible. During this season, the resort is accessible by vehicle through these exposed lands, making it only possible to navigate this route in the summer months. site condition in monsoon
During the monsoon season, the water level in Banasura Dam rises by approximately 5 meters, causing the site to become completely detached from the shore, resembling an island or ‘dweep.’ Accessibility via road to the site becomes impossible during this time. To address this, the resort offers a boat service, enabling tourists to access the site seamlessly during the monsoon season.

This studio is not merely a space; it’s a canvas that fosters inspiration and nurtures the artistic spirit. The design encapsulates a symbiotic relationship between form and function, providing an atmosphere conducive to creativity.
