Villa Centofiori property, sketched in the picture, is composed by two portions that can be sold separated.

The Villa itself is the portion facing NE and the additional part of the property is the portion facing SW. The Promontory has a clifftop in the center part and decline somehow gently to the sea on the right and left.

The “SW� portion of the property, added to Villa Centofiori, is overlooking the strait of the promontory to the south-west and then into the sunset.

Its shape is a perfect amphitheater with the proscenium that ends on the beach, the oval with a slight slope grows towards a vast plateau where we made a second pond with water surplus that flows when the storage tanks are full.

The proscenium is vast over 3,000 sqm. The oval area gently sloping, is about 5,000 sqm and the plateau above over 3,000 sqm is overlooking the stretch of sea to the north east of the promontory into the light of the rising sun.

Unlikely the classic amphitheater, that does not want there are trees, this space beautifully shaped by nature, has groves everywhere that bring shadow and protection to excessive insolation.

This lake was left in its natural state and shadowed by the trees around its perimeter to prevent excessive insolation; it has reached an equilibrium so that the freshwater fish that have been entered, thrive in clean transparent water.

For how this property is structured, the slightly steep oval part can accommodate dozens of villas in absolute autonomy and freedom, leaving space available "downstage" for gardens, swimming pools, restaurants and more.

The plateau on the top can also accommodate small villas, tennis courts and more.

The choice that an architect can do on such a territory is practically infinite perhaps limited only by human imagination.
