Kayaking at Saguaro Lake

Join us for a kayaking adventure! We will be meeting at DC Ranch at 7am and carpooling to Saguaro Lake. Riverbound Sports will be providing kayaks, lifejackets and certified instructors. We will be on the water for 2 hours and will provide water and snacks. We should be back to the club around noon. All levels welcome. Must be 21 years old. Limited to 25 members. VHY - Village Hot Yoga Sequence Workshop

Penny and Jane will teach members, through a series of poses within the Village Hot Yoga sequence and applying key alignment concepts and the use of props, how to enhance their individual VHY practice. The last hour of the workshop, they will turn up the steam and guide members through the VHY sequence.

Restorative Yoga with Rachel

The foundation for healing is true rest and relaxation. Connect with a sense of calm (body/ mind/heart) through gentle restorative yoga and guided breathing practice. This class will include a combination of restorative yoga postures, guided breathing techniques, assisted stretch & gentle massage intended to stimulate healing, relaxation & overall well-being.
