G STRENGTH THROUGH THE AGES

Tuesday, October 1–Sunday, November 10 Are you 50 years old or older? Do you need help working on strength training, flexibility, and balance? Studies have proven that inactivity might be as bad for our health as smoking; leading to increased risks of chronic health problems such as heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and even some forms of cancer. Your physical and mental health depend on exercise so much that not getting enough is considered one of the 10 major risk factors for death worldwide. By building strength, you will see improvement in balance, stability, flexibility, and overall quality of life. You’ll also be more focused at work, less fatigued, less reliant on caffeine, and more capable of accomplishing tasks throughout the day. Cost: $189/2x weekly; $268/3x weekly Contact: Corey Degenstein at cdegenstein@dmbclubs.com
