As we enjoy our active weather, it is nice to know that home sales are off to a great start for 2019. Inventory continues to be a bit low making it more difficult for buyers to find their dream home. This tells us that it is a good time to list a home for sale, especially if it is priced correctly. Although there are many on-line sources that predict what a home is worth, it is always best to contact one of our well-trained and educated agents from Village Properties.
