Dear Friends, It is hard to believe that 2019 is already drawing to an end. As we look back over the year we are thankful to see that our local real estate market continues to be a strong and stable one. Year-to-date sales for 2019 are 4% above last year and there has been a slow and steady increase in house prices over the past 5 years. At Village Properties, not only do we work hard, but we just love to have fun.
