Poles

Poles as a Product With efforts of continuous R&D, Pyrotech has started manufacturing various type of Poles using indigenously developed proven technology since 2008. Our poles's are rugged, maintenance free, corrosion free and easy to install. Poles manufacturing process includes Cutting, Bending, Welding, Galvanisation, Painting, Assembling which is performed on World class machines with highly skilled manpower.

1) Hot dipped galvanised, round shape steel pole.

2) Use of weathering steel material which form a strong oxide to retard further corrosion.

3) Ease of installation and maintenance free.

4) Sleek, aesthetically impressive and elegant.

6) Ideal for corrosive atmosphere due to hot dip galvanising.

7) Camouflaged junction box and electronic control gears.

8) Electrical safe with inside cable termination and earth connection.

9) Pilferage proof due to weatherproof flush door and locking facility.

10) Could be customised on requirement of bulk quantity.

11) Designed in accordance with ISS publication i.e. Standard Specification for Structure support for Highways signs, Luminaries and Traffic signal.

12) Special coating of Corrocate II classic is applied for embedded portion of poles with black bitumen paint upto height of 1.5 mtr from bottom.

13) In general pipe size is upto NB 150 mm are used as per IS 1239 part (1) 2004 & above NB 150 mm are as per IS 3589 class‘B’ medium weight.
