By the law of attraction, when you enhance your vibration, you begin to attract more than you want. This is the key to the conscious use of the law of attraction. What is then an easy way to raise your vibration and attract more than you want and less than you don't want? Perhaps the easiest way to raise your vibration and use the law of attraction more effectively is to "be the leader" in your own life. When you choose to be the leader, you automatically raise your vibration. So what does it mean to choose to be the leader? Well, in my book, being a leader means doing what you say you intend to do. Let's look at a very simple example. If you plan to do 50 push-ups in the morning and really do, you have chosen to be the leader at that time. If you leave them out, you have chosen to be the victim. End of the story But something interesting happens when you fulfill your intention. You begin to feel better about yourself. You are honest with whom you pretended. As a result, the vibration cannot prevent it from increasing. You may also notice that the opposite happens if you do not have integrity. Because you are integer with your intention, it is much more likely that you want to continue with your next intention. Once you have done that, you have suddenly created momentum. With an impulse, incredible things begin to happen. This is so deceptively simple, but that is where most people often miss the point.
You can immediately become the leader of yourself regardless of where you are, where you have been or what is happening around you. Simply identify the intention for yourself in the next few minutes, write it down, explain it, and then do it. Then repeat the process. Do this as often as you can during the day and at the end of the day you will feel a completely different person. Then watch what begins to appear in your life, for now that you have chosen to be the leader and remain in integrity with yourself, you have begun to lift your vibration in a very deliberate and profound way. Now the universe must open up to you and reflect the results of the leader you have become. It is very important to keep your vibrations high; On the one hand you will feel better in yourself. You will find that life will flow easily and will be less stressful. When the vibration of your body is high, you will feel in a happier place. When you feel bad, it is when your vibration is low and very heavy and you do not feel in a good place. You don't have to stay in that place of density, you can choose to be happy and have a higher vibration.
You choose what your life will look like, it doesn't just happen. Your thoughts manifest your life. You can stay in the vibration of accident or you can stand up and live in the lightest and highest vibration. It is you who must determine your path; It is not a person or external object that can raise its vibration, but yourself.
You can stand up and become a less stressed person with just a little work. Below are some ways to improve your vibrations: 1. Breathe in Breathe in deeply and exhale, all the stress and tension that you feel in the body. Let it go, maybe you can visualize it as a gray cloud that blows the body through the mouth. When you take the next breath, make sure it reaches the bottom of your stomach and turn it around the body and absorb all the tension and tension you lost the first time and release it with your breath. Take another breath and twist it around the body to detect other stress and release yourself, let it go. Now you should feel lighter and calmer. The body will begin to feel lighter and maybe you can feel your body vibrate at a different level, at a new energy level. 2. Certain foods, you know, just aren't good for you, but I know it's hard to break the habit of having them and it can be very difficult to give up. Sugar is a substance that is extremely difficult to leave behind, it is surprising how a nutrient can have such an effect on the body. By drinking water all day instead of soda, you help reduce sugar and hydrate at the same time. 3. Earthing The ground connection helps you to feel more on the ground instead of feeling fuzzy and dizzy. It helps you feel more stable. Climb a tree and touch it, sometimes you can feel a vibration coming out of it, you can try to communicate with the tree and see if it responds. I know it sounds crazy, but they talk. Nothing is what it seems or what you think it is.
5. Laughter They say that laughter is an excellent way to increase your vibration. So sit down and watch a comedy or a movie that you can laugh about. There are many places today to find a great movie. Or you can watch YouTube and find a short and fun clip that makes you laugh. Otherwise you can look at your pets and laugh with them, because they are always ready to melt your heart and smile. Let that smile increase your energy and help you feel fantastic. 6. Be grateful Being grateful is another way to raise your vibration. At the beginning of each day, write ten things for which you are grateful and feel as you write. Feel the feeling deep and allow yourself to feel the love for him. As you write the articles, stop and sit on each article. The gratitude you feel for your life will help you raise your vibration.
