Desenvolvimento de projeto de interiores para o edifício da nova sede da Wework no Brasil.

O estudo contemplava um edifício de quinze andares de lâmina, um pavimento semi-enterrado, além de áreas externas de permanência no pavimento de acesso e rooftop.

Afim de permitir o uso do pavimento semienterrado como lounge de uso exclusivo da Wework foi proposta uma abertura zenital estruturada por vigas que funcionavam internamente como pergolado.

Tal abertura permitiu ao espaço o ganho de luz natural, tornando-se o ponto principal do lounge junto a uma arquibanda que convida o usuário a deitar-se e comtemplar o céu.

Development of interior design project for the new Wework’s headquarter in Brazil.

The study included a fifteen-story building, a semi-buried floor, as well as external areas in the main access and rooftop pavement.

To allow the use of the semi-buried floor as the main lounge and with exclusive use of the Wework team, a zenith opening was proposed, structured by beams that functioned internally as a pergola.

Such opening has provided abundant natural light, making it the main point of the lounge over bleachers that invite the user to lie down and contemplate the sky.

Desenvolvimento de projeto de interiores para a implementação de coworking padrão Wework.

O estudo contemplava cinco andares de um edifício na cidade de São Paulo - Brazil.

No andar do acesso principal, concentrava-se a maior parte das áreas sociais como: lounges, cozinha e área de chopeira.

O andar possuia ainda, acesso para área externa.

The oor also had access to outdoor area.

Desenvolvimento de projeto de interiores para a nova sede da empresa “5 Andar” juntamente com o time de EnterpriseWeWork .

Com o novo momento do cliente e seu exponencial crescimento foi desevolvido uma WeWork especialmente planejada para ele, em um complexo de três edi cios no coração da Vila Madalena (SP).

As propostas de espaço e interiores teveram como base o mood board de intenções enviado pelo cliente, com proposta de utilização de cores que farão parte na nova identidade da marca.

Todo o projeto foi compreendindo como um grande campus de tecnologia, onde os funcionários pudesse usufrir de espaços para lazer, trabalho, estudo e inovação.

Development of Interior Design proposal for the new “5 ANDAR” company headquarters with the WeWork Enterprise team.

With the new momentum of the client and its exponential growth, a specially planned WeWork was developed for him, in a complex of three buildings in the heart of Vila Madalena (SP-BR).

The proposals of space and interiors were based on the mood board sent by the customer, with the proposal to use colors that will be part of their’s new brand identity.

The whole project was understood as a large technology campus, where employees could enjoy spaces for leisure, work, study, and innovation.

A Campus Party Nacional, que teve sua edição de 2018 em São Paulo (SP), é considerada um dos maiores eventos de tecnologia do mundo, voltado para o público jovem abordando assuntos relacionados a inovação, criatividade, ciências, empreendedorismo e universo digital.

Foi exatamente nesse contexto dinâmico, onde o banco digital Agibank escolheu para fazer o lançamento da sua nova identidade visual.

O estande foi desenvolvido para ser um espaço que chamasse atenção para essa nova fase da empresa, convidando os visitandes a conhecer a marca e desfrutrarem de um espaço voltado para o jovem e para a criatividade.

The “Campus Party Nacional”, which had its 2018 edition in São Paulo (SP), is considered one of the biggest technology events in the world, aimed at young people addressing issues related to innovation, creativity, science, entrepreneurship and the digital universe.

It was exactly in this dynamic context where the digital bank Agibank launched its new visual identity.

The trade show booth was developed to be a space that called attention to this new phase of the company, inviting the visitors to know the brand and enjoy a space aimed at the young and creative.

PARQUE DOS ATLETAS RIO 2016

Localizado na Barra da Tijuca no Rio de Janeiro o Parque dos Atletas foi o maior centro de treinamento de atletas durante as olimpíadas e paralimpíadas do Rio em 2016, recebendo cerca de 1.500 atletas/dia.

Com cerca de 150 mil metros quadrados, a instalação abrigava o maior número de modalidades competitivas, sob caráter temporário, foram criadas: duas áreas de treinamento de judô, três quadras de handebol, quatro quadras de basquete, duas piscinas olímpicas (para treinamento das modalidades de natação, maratona aquática, triatlo e polo aquático), duas áreas de treinamento para ginástica rítmica e trampolim, cinco áreas de treinamento para ginástica solo e quatro áreas de treinamento para luta olímpica.

Além das áreas de treinamento, também foram desenvolvidas áreas de overlay para abrigar todo o sta do parque, contanto com cozinha e refeitório, salas de trabalho e áreas de depósito e manutenção dos materiais esportivos.

Located in Barra da Tijuca in Rio de Janeiro Athletes Park was the largest training center for athletes during the Olympics and Paralympics of Rio in 2016, receiving about 1,500 athletes/day.

With approximately 150 thousand square meters, the facility housed the largest number of competitive modalities, on a temporary basis, were created: two judo training areas, three handball courts, four basketball courts, two Olympic pools (for training modalities Swimming, aquatic marathon, triathlon and water polo), two training areas for rhythmic gymnastics and trampoline, ve training areas for solo gymnastics and four training areas for Olympic wrestling.

In addition to the training areas, other overlay areas were also developed to house all of the park’s sta , including a kitchen and dining room, workrooms, storage and maintenance areas for sports materials.

O projeto do Tishman Port Corporate con gura o primeiro edifício privado da Operação Urbana Porto Maravilha.

Localizado em um terreno que se congura como uma ilha isolada entre vias e elevados foi desenvolvido sob uma arquitetura com sentido icônico, mas simultaneamente simples como as condições de orçamento exigiam.

A grelha externa que caracteriza o edifício reproduz subliminarmente a estrutura externa dos grandes tambores da antiga fábrica de gás que cava no terrno, assim como a sua variação de altura conforme a quantidade de gás acumulado.

Dada a contaminação do solo e o custo da execução de subsolos, o estacionamento localiza-se em um bloco-garagem separado da torre por um grande porte-cochère de acesso. |

The Tishman Port Corporate project is the rst private building of Operation Porto Maravilha.

Located on a land that is set up as an isolated island between highways it was developed under an architecture with iconic sense, but simultaneously simple as the budget conditions demanded.

The external grid that characterizes the building reproduces subliminally the external structure of the great drums of the old gas factory that once was in the land, as well as its height variation according to the amount of gas accumulated.

Given the contamination of the ground and the cost of running underground, the parking is located in a block-garage separated from the tower by a large portecochère access.

Projeto para hotel com 161 quartos localizado na cidade de Niterói no Rio de Janeiro.

Um dos grandes desa os deste projeto foi tornar viável o hotel em um terreno bastante inclinado e rochoso, porém com uma execelente localização.

Juntamente com a bandeira hoteleira interessada no desenvolvimento do empreendimento, foi criado um novo padrão, o Business Plus, sendo um hotel três estrelas que contemplava quartos mais bem estruturados, além de ambientes internos e fachada do edifício com grande apelo estético.

Design for 161 rooms hotel located in the city of Niterói in Rio de Janeiro.

One of the great challenges of this project was to make the hotel feasible on a fairly steep and rocky terrain, yet with an excellent location.

Together with the hotel group interested in the development of the venture, a new standard was created, Business Plus, being a three star hotel that included better structured rooms, in addition to internal environments and facade of the building with a great aesthetic appeal.
