Hall: Trevor reported on the discovery the club rooms were left open and lights and heater on after dance club use.
• Suzanne reported on the discussions she had with the Dance groups over this and has drawn up a conditions of use form for the hall to be signed by users of the hall. This includes cost and due date for payment

Hi guys.
A very short report this month. Thing's have happened this month beyond my control. In saying that thanks to those who attended the last meeting. I think the text reminders are working.
I couldn't attend the Henry Ford day but by the sounds of it those who did attend enjoyed themselves. Thanks to those who attended. Just a reminder that next meeting Jim Boaden is bringing a Henry Ford L/P along to listen to. Got to go guy's.
