Discussion Paper for March Executive meeting from Constitution Workshop

Hi guy's.

It is not just another month that has gone it's another year that has just disappeared. A great last meeting for the year. Thanks to John for organising a visit to Nigels shed. It was very interesting and good to see what other people have in their sheds. Thanks Nigel. It was a great way to end the year but we still have a few activities to go yet with ten pin bowling and our Xmas run and Party. Thanks to Liz from the Cancer Society for attending our meeting so we could hand over our Daffodil day proceeds to the value of 3700dollars. Thanks go to all members who participate in the activities to raise the funds. Thinking caps on to what we can do for next year's fund raising.

On the 2nd of December there is the waimate Xmas parade we do need to support this. The Windsor Rally is also on if you are able our support is needed there as well.
