Hi guys.
It was a cold miserable night for our last meeting but the attendance at the meeting I feel was great Thanks to all members that attended.
Twelve of us attended the 10 pin bowling with North Otago last Sunday the 23rd June.
Thanks to Lindsay for organizing it .Nth Otago had 10 members attended.
The meal was great as everyone mingled and told stories and lies. Couldn't have been in a better place because it was warm and dry with good company.
Then came the bowling. What great fun that was. I was winning at the start which surprised me the most then allas I missed a couple of shots. That was that turning point it all turned to custard. I did recover slightly which I was happy with. Good to see everyone give it a go. To me it was about the company with another club which was important. Once again thanks to North otago. Great time.
Good to see Henry Ford day being organized thanks to Peter Bland.
Daffodil Day is also on it's way to being organized thanks to Donald and Maureen.
Thanks to Maureen she has booked the Rotary raffle at the Supermarket for the 4th October and 6th December now we need some good ideas for our fundraising raffle for the club.
Well see you all at the Garage Raid at Nth Otago on Saturday 13th July.
