HOW IT WORKS Download and register

1. Upon downloading the app, the user will receive an activation key from the nebulaSIGN central system of the organisation.

2. The user enters the key to register with the nebulaSIGN app and is automatically linked to the organisation’s signature system. From then on the user can be involved in the organisation’s workflows that require digital signatures.

Signing of documents 1. Open your documents from any application installed on your device and send them to the nebulaSIGN app.

2. Authenticate yourself using your Active Directory ID and password or other two-factor authentication system (for example, vinACCESS).

3. Give the document a name, and press ‘Sign’.

4. Select the signature process in which you want to include the document or press ‘Basic user signature’ to make a simple signature (with a digital certificate and/ or handwritten signature).

5. Choose a signature option: handwritten, via digital certificate or both.

6. For a handwritten signature, sign in the white box and press ‘Done’ to send the signed document to the central system.

Monitoring 1. Each signature process shows the status of each document.

2. Download the document to display both handwritten and digital signatures. Once downloaded, you can send the document to any application on your device that supports its format: Adobe Acrobat, Mail Manager, iBook, etc.
