Four alternatives ways of making the world a safer place for our communities: 1. We can use the concept of blockchain to guard our communities and hold each other accountable. 2. We need to eliminate racism with mandatory social justice classes for all law enforcers, with a focus on building emotional intelligence. 3. We can identify bad apples using facial recognition technology. 4. We need to demilitarize and de-fund the current state-level police forces that have horrible “benefits”, like banking in settlement fees for their racist acts of terror towards the citizens they are supposed to be protecting and serving in the first place. 78
