When Natasha Buckholtz received her real estate license in March of 2020, the world was just being plunged into a pandemic that it could never have seen coming. Still, she forged ahead, building a successful career and becoming one of the top 20 percent at Keller Williams Gulf States Region. A military wife herself, Buckholtz has used her own experience to help her military clients and is also a certified military relocation professional. It is her passion that has led to her great accomplishments, and her clients benefit from that passion. “I believe in building relationships, not just building clientele,” she says. “I want to get to know you so that I can better serve you. My success is measured by lives changed, by being a better human. I like to bring something of value into the lives of others.”

It is that desire, in fact, that led her to the real estate industry. “I love helping others achieve their dreams,” Buckholtz says. “Being a Realtor allows me to build relationships and futures. I especially enjoy being a positive part of someone’s journey in personal growth through home ownership.”

With a background in marketing, it’s small wonder that Buckholtz cites P.T. Barnum as an influence in her career: “He was known as the ‘Shakespeare of Advertising’ for his innovative and impressive ideas,” she says. “In a world full of noise, I look for ways to stand out and be as valuable to others as they are to me. As Barnum said, ‘No one ever made a difference by being like everyone else.’ My joy in life is helping others grow and discover greater happiness. Barnum was also quoted to say, ‘Whatever you do, do it with all of your might.’ That is what I bring to my clients.”
