After investing in real estate in the Warehouse District of New Orleans and Pensacola Beach, Florida throughout the early 2000s, Vince Liuzza saw the value in acquiring his real estate license, becoming a Realtor in 2004. Transitioning full-time to the industry and launching a successful career over the next decade, he later founded Liuzza Realty Group in 2016.
Bestowing extensive experience in management and investment upon his clients, Liuzza and his company represent clients across all price points, though The Sanctuary is his niche. “Over the 16 years I lived in the neighborhood, I developed an acute knowledge of the phases and trends and built life-long relationships with fellow residents.”
It is these relationships that helped the Liuzza Realty Group solidify their position as the leading broker in The Sanctuary in 2021 as they represented the buyers and sellers of $16.9 million in home and homesites. Year to date, Liuzza has sold over $5.6 million in homes and currently has more than $6 million of properties for sale or pending in addition to over $5.7 million of listings hitting the market in the coming weeks.
Naturally, Liuzza takes pride in the fact that his company continues to attract a diverse group of realtors who are allowed to market their personal brand over that of the company, which he says “puts Liuzza Realty Group agents in the forefront of this national trend.”
In helping his clients find their dream homes, Liuzza sees the critical need for constant communication and the ability to listen. “Whether it is buying, selling, or both, the process begins with listening to what their goals are, then developing and implementing a methodical plan,” he says. “Communication is fundamental to the process, especially in today’s challenging market.”
