Kingsport Lifesaving Crew has been looking out for the area for years. The group is not paid for their work, but that doesn’t stop them from always wanting to lend a helping hand.

These volunteers love helping so much that they donate money out of their own pockets all throughout the year so that they can buy Christmas presents for some very special children.

On December 15, 2019 the KLC got to meet and hold a Christmas party for the children and their families got to celebrate with the lifesaving crew, hear the Christmas story being read, and leave with lots of cool presents and a new Bible.

The children were selected by a local elementary school principal and are based on need. The volunteers say the split the lists and each person buys gifts so that everyone is included in this endeavor.

There was even Christmas cake provided by Food City.

*VIPSEEN Magazine is very enlightened on the sensitive nature of publicizing photos of children in need receiving their holiday gifts. We hope you enjoy the photos of all the hardworking people that gathered together to make this possible.
