I sincerely thank Prof. Saswat Bandyopadhyay and Prof. Neeru Bansal, Centre of Environmental Planning and Technology, Ahmedabad for providing me with the opportunity to present this project and deep regards for their exemplary guidance. If it were not for their constant monitoring and encouragement throughout the studio, I would have not been able to achieve success in this studio. I equally thank all the professors and peers of the CEPT university for their valuable guidance and encouragement which enabled me to overcome the obstacles that I faced throughout the endeavor. I am extremely thankful to my parents for their tremendous contributions and support morally towards completion of the project. I also express my gratitude to all my peers who contributed in one way or the other for accomplishing the project.

Street Food
74 Years old Tradition. Colour of music celebrated 5 days after Holi. Also known as Ger. Proposed to be included in UNESCO’s Cultural Heritage list.
People collectively take their idols for immersion. In this procession, the beautiful JHAANKIS (Tableau) created over a period of more than 10 days, are a sight to behold
The aromas and flavours of Indore’s famous food joints can challenge the so-called street food capitals of India
