I am a practicing designer with over 10 years industry experience that specialises in magazine design, branding and art-direction. I am highly adept using Adobe Creative Suite, My core skills would be layout design and typography especially for magazines and online magazines. I have designed Inside_Networks for the past twelve years and this is an ongoing client.
Personal profile I am a highly motivated designer whom is good at adapting under pressure and works well both alone and in a team environment. The area of graphic design that I have my niche in is magazine design both for print and online, having also run my own business for the last four years I am aware of budgets, time-scales and dealing with clients and keeping them happy and satisified. I have attended ICOGRADA talks, visited previous Fuse exhibitions. Having graduated in the top twelve, I was selected to exhibit work at The New Designers Show 1998 in the Business Design Centre, Islington, from which I was awarded the £1000 Pantone award for ‘Best use of colour’. My design influences include: Intro, Designers Republic and Paul Rand. I recently made the finalists of the Digital Magazine Awards 2010, for one of my online titles.
