The expansion project for the Casino-Resort is distributed in the site in a fragmented way understanding that such action establishes a greater relationship with the surroundings and enhances urban life And economic Developement of the State ,Nation. The layout proposes the creation of public patios interconnecting two opposite streets These spaces determine areas of conviviality leisure, and appropriation for the Entertainment seeking to strengthen the interaction between the public and the activities developed by the CASINO. The project is structured in 2 main blocks with interconnection access and circulation guaranteeing autonomy for the users at different times, enabling an urban night sime dynamic for the region

This project is an Adaptive Reuse for the urban Recreation connective space, The main activities of the Space synthethsis were allocated in the existing public space while the other activities were allocated in fragments attached to the lot connected by a single common shelter The Four blocks create a large public square and complement the Recreational Area. A translucent walkway connects the existing to the new and relateable activities of its interior causing curiosity in those who walk on the sidewalk The attached annexes highlight the new additions using construction materials different from the pre-existing building such as concrete structure and Grass on rof-top frames wood For Flooring

The Co-working spot is a place to experiment and discover new Work Space Environment by holding workshops, inviting guests, and researchers who are active in designing and creating future Work And Collabarates. The exhibition part will show the creative and innovative products developed by the Lab and it will also offer some interactive parts that the visitors can create their own formula The whole project was designed in a way that can host different activities and scenarios happening in theCo-working hub, the mobile part is the key structure that can create these different scenarios We try to refurbish this building in an adaptive way also merge the indoor and outdoor in some scenarios to create the community as our concept The main key words that were quidelines for the development of this project are Production innovation and Community In the Lab, we place Innovation and production together

The Workplace – An office place and complete need for the work environment with all amenities needed for an individual organization to have a firm setup. ii. The Convention Centre – A small convention space which can be of multiple use with meetings, exhibition spaces and few accommodations etc., iii. Data Centre – A place or a building where all the data’s of varying technological firms is stored and well secured. iv. I created this place for my comfort within the given area 2m x 3m .According to my point of view the user want some outdoor view and nature lighting means it gives some more plasent to work. Then i design wall mounted draftng table because it save some space under it And I have placed storage for sheets Wood panel shelf for stationary and books stuffs ,wooden panel shelf with white coating and the background of contrast orange colour . the design studio have much more comfort for the user .

The intervention is focused on the qualities of the Light and Nature by creating a unique way to experience the building. To achieve it a lighting journey is crafted starting from the main entrance where we transformed the interior space into a double height space with a mezzanine, Slits with specially designed lens are carved on the façade and roof to create performative sun ray projection inside Creating an ephemeral and immaterial experience that changes throughout the day The concept is expailed to the whole building through four types of lighting effects performative light at the entrance guidance light that highlight the circulation areas in the workspace. the skylight that highlights the stairs insertion and a volume insertion that pops out of the building as a light box which resulted as a mezzanine that generates new spatial qualities and performance within the old building p-44 / Freelancing | Residence design
