OUR BACKGROUND Visionary Living began as a rug importing company in 1998. The company was then known as “The Rug Warehouse”. What began as a direct import company, refocused to become a design house with our own creations, commission tufted in both India and China. These were the days, the lucrative days, of Taiwanese acrylic yarns and Indian wools. One of our manufacturers in China was a Belgian entrepreneur by the name of Thomas Baert, you would know Thomas as the coowner and founder of CFL Industries and the driving founding force and still shareholder of what is now known as Domotex China. When Thomas moved into laminate manufacturing in 2002 we became his 2nd customer. Our interest and passion for flooring was lit. By 2005 it was self-evident that the flooring industry was conservative and resistant to change, the hard floor manufacturers, like the rug manufacturers that we had initially dealt with were patient, waiting for that one
innovative product to be proven and then all pounced, mass producing and copying what they themselves could not imagine and in doing so drove down the value from the product almost immediately. To a small business, as we were, we could not possibly survive if all we had to offer was “me too” products. We had to change, for if not our circumstances would not change either, this led to us accepting the mantra “if nothing changes nothing changes”. Accepting that all things constantly change, as they should, Visionary Living sought to become a change agent. We needed to reboot our business, Visionary Living needed not only to accept change but to give direction to it. Success demands that you must be at the forefront, to see what is unseen, and understand its nature and its prospects. To do so you must be prepared to accept the strategy of risk reward, for the most part we
have got it right, although change will bring its failures. But in truth it is hard to progress without some miscalculations, but learn we did.

Visionary Living sought to partner with those manufacturers who shared our need for innovation and critically understood that only exclusivity could bring true value. Visionary living also accepted that the lazy, the unimaginative , the stalkers would quickly follow any new innovation and that with the introduction of every product the next generation needed to be in plan, essentially we saw our past as our competitors future, and so it has come to pass.

Our partnerships have been few, but those partnerships have been well forged and the results have contributed strongly to the changes in the industry over the past 15 years. Loyalty and true partnership has been the mainstay of our relationships, supporting each other even when mistakes have been made is crucial, what was, was. The sheet shall be homogeneously constructed of first-quality materials and conform to ASTM F1859. The sheet shall be .100” (2.54mm) in thickness, 72” (1.83m) in width, 50’ (15.24m) in length shall be ________(color selected). Envire Rubber Sheet shall be free from objectionable odors, blisters, cracks and other imperfections, which will detract from the serviceability and appearance of the product and shall contain no asbestos fiber. Install Roppe Envire Rubber Sheet Flooring with recommended Roppe Adhesive in accordance with the manufacturer installation instructions.

Maintenance Tough to wear out, easy to maintain: with vacuuming and encapsulation cleaning, Kinetex® looks like new, year after year. Thanks to a lightweight face construction, Kinetex retains less water than carpet and dries faster. It is easily sanitized and resists the most challenging staining agents, including blood, urine, Betadine and hand sanitizers —which means splashes and spills are no match for Kinetex.
Health Kinetex® minimizes air particulates that trigger allergies and cause infection. Kinetex® has an emissionas rating of 0.01mg/m2/hr. It has one of the best ratings for VOC emissions indoors. Plus: its easily sanitized and quick to dry, so cleaning Kinetex® is fast and effective.

Moisture Tolerance The most common subfloor, concrete can release excessive moisture and destroy floor covering systems — unless costly precautions are taken before installation. But moisture mitigation isn’t necessary with Kinetex®: its breathable nature allows moisture to pass through its backing, instead of trapping it underneath. Kinetex textile composite flooring will perform in elevated RH slabs up to up to 100% when using PreFix.
