SPEY rods SWITCH rod
This 10’6” #7/8 Switch rod handles all situations where you want to fish with a Switch. It is best when used as a double hand rod but it can be used as a single hander also. The double hand casting style combined with the ease of fishing the fly like with “traditional” single hander makes this Switch very versatile. When used as a double hander we recommend a shooting head of about 26 grams or Skagit around 460grains. Keeper Iso float tube is better suited for the heavier people. Its foam filled seat and backrest feel nice and warm and works as an emergency float aid in worst case. The big one compartment side pockets allow you to fit even the bigger fly boxes and mesh back pocket on the backrest helps you to keep the vessel organized. Behind the seat there’s a storage space big enough for your day bag. The Iso float tube has carry straps. It measures approximately 143cm x 108cm and weighs 6,6kg. Maximum load capacity 145kg.
These fins are designed to be used with a stocking foot wader. They are roomy open heel fins and can be adjusted to fit most users. Vented design decreases drag on the upstroke and enhances thrust on the downstroke.
