10 Design works at diverse scales, from the design of individual buildings to the planning of cities. The practice focuses on bringing innovative design solutions for multicultural projects, with economic and social integrity. 10 Design’s development has been focused around establishing quality benchmarks which influence everything we do, from our office environments to the selection of materials on site. The next phase of our growth is to push further into innovative and value driven design approaches synonymous with our brand.
Will design awards continue to be important to your business?
10 Design has won more than 80 international awards and major design competitions both internationally and regionally, including MIPIM, Cityscape, CTBUH and International Property Awards, to name a few.
Awards increase not only credibility for our design teams and clients, but also most importantly provide a participatory platform for architects, planners, and designers to share and exchange knowledge and creativity. This will help to encourage peers to further push creative boundaries and innovative design approaches.

The Industrial Service Centre (ISC) provides 54,700 sq-m of office space for start-up companies to collaborate, establishing a dynamic incubation platform in Jinwan Aviation City, Zhuhai, China.
The project sits within a wider 3.8 sq-km masterplan. Inspired by the concept of a flowing stream, a central green landscaped area provides convenient access to all occupiers and connects all buildings. It also serves as a central pedestrian link, providing a view corridor through the site to the new man-made lake, the primary amenity of the district.
