The menu leans into Alaska’s reputation for amazing seafood by featuring halibut, Arctic cioppino, king crab, and more. But there’s room to test something different with pork belly bites with sweet wasabi coleslaw, yum-yum sauce, sushi sauce, and furikake. Their award-winning chowder blends salmon, halibut, and clams with Alaska herbed cream and dry sherry. The Tent City Burger is a staff favorite, and there are also six smash-style burgers that come paired with garlic cilantro or truffle Parmesan fries. Their 24 beer taps often host Alaska finds rarely found on draft anywhere else in town, and Tent City’s iconic mimosa flight always sparkles.
