Magnifica Comunità di Fiemme
Attraversando le stanze del Palazzo Magnifica Comunità di Fiemme, a Cavalese, ho scoperto la storia millenaria della Val di Fiemme, le ambizioni dei principi vescovi, i sogni degli artisti della scuola pittorica fiemmese, le speranze dei detenuti nelle prigioni. Ho capito che la cura dei boschi in questa valle ha radici lontane. Una visita teatralizzata mi ha rivelato persino i più antichi scandali di palazzo… Giornata “magnifica”!

Si potrebbe quasi dire che si trova nel posto giusto, al momento giusto… Oltre a godere del confortevole orientamento Est-Ovest, che segue la direzione del sole, Fiemme è circondata da due parchi naturali e da stupefacenti vette dolomitiche, dichiarate dall’Unesco Patrimonio Naturale dell’Umanità. Le vette di Dolomia infiammano il paesaggio a ogni tramonto, con sfumature che variano dall’arancio al rosso porpora fino al viola. The secret of Val di Fiemme? We can state “Being in the right place at the right moment”…Besides its east-west orientation, that follows the direction of the Sun, Val di Fiemme is surrounded by two natural parks and amazing dolomitic peaks that Unesco declared Natural World Heritage Site. And the Dolomite mountains, that inflame the landscape when the sun is setting, show their orange, purple red or violet nuances.

110 chilometri di piste fra le montagne più belle del mondo
110 kilometres to go skiing in the most beautiful mountains of the world La Val di Fiemme è circondata da cime di rara bellezza, come le guglie del Latemar, riconosciute dall’Unesco “Patrimonio Naturale dell’Umanità”. Sciando è possibile immergersi nel paradiso naturalistico dello Ski Center Latemar, fra i 50 km di piste che collegano Pampeago, Predazzo e Obereggen. Nella skiarea Bellamonte-Alpe Lusia le piste da sci accarezzano i confini del Parco Naturale di Paneveggio Pale di S. Martino, uno degli ambienti “protetti” che ha favorito l’ingresso delle Dolomiti nella lista dei paesaggi privilegiati dall’Unesco. Le piste del Passo Rolle si dispiegano al cospetto delle maestose Pale di S. Martino. E dalla Skiarea Alpe Cermis, con la sua lunghissima pista Olimpia (7,5 km), si gode uno dei più emozionanti panorami sulle Dolomiti. Altri scenari sulle montagne calcaree, che riflettono i colori di alba e tramonto, si aprono sul Passo di Lavazé-Oclini, dove lo sci alpino incontra lo sci di fondo. World Tops of rare beauty encircle Val di Fiemme, like the pinnacles of Latemar that Unesco declared “Natural World Heritage Site”. Skiing up there means being in the natural paradise of Ski Center Latemar, on the 50 km of ski slopes that connect Pampeago, Predazzo and Obereggen. In the skiarea Bellamonte-Alpe Lusia, the ski slopes caress the boundaries of the Natural Park Paneveggio Pale di S. Martino, one of the “protected” places that allowed the Dolomites to enter the list of Unesco’s privileged sites. The ski slopes at Passo Rolle find their home close to the majestic Pale di S. Martino. And from the Skiarea Alpe Cermis, with the 7,5 km-long slope Olimpia, you can enjoy the most touching panoramas over the Dolomites. Other glimpses of chalky mountains, that reflect the sunrise and sunset colours like a mirror, are at Passo di Lavazé-Oclini, where downhill skiing meets cross-country skiing. 13

150 chilometri di piste fra boschi e scenari dolomitici, nella valle che ha ospitato tre Campionati del Mondo di Sci Nordico.
150 kilometers of slopes in woods and landscapes in the Dolomites, in the valley that hosted three editions of the Nordic World Ski Championships.
Centro Passo Lavazé-Oclini: un ambiente naturale fra i più affascinanti grazie a stupefacenti scenari dolomitici e all’altitudine favorevole (1.600-2.150 m. slm). Centro di Lago di Tesero: illuminato di notte, vanta strutture all’avanguardia e offre l’emozione di sciare sulle piste dei Campionati del Mondo. Pista della Marcialonga: il mitico tracciato attraversa l’intera Val di Fiemme da Predazzo a Molina di Fiemme. Altre piste da fondo: si scia anche nelle foreste di abeti intorno a Bellamonte (1.400 m. slm.).
Passo Lavazé-Oclini XC center: one of the most fascinating natural places, in a breathtaking environment at a favorable altitude (1.600-2.150 mt. asl). Lago di Tesero XC center: cutting-edge facilities, the emotion of skiing on the World Champs tracks and the possibility of skiing at night thanks to the perfectly illuminated area. Marcialonga track: the legendary and world famous tracks goes from Predazzo to Molina di Fiemme, passing by the whole Val di Fiemme. Other cross country skiing tracks: you can also ski in the forests of spruces around Bellamonte (1.400 mt. asl.).

You, me and the snow under the moonlight Escursioni nella neve e ciaspolate nei parchi naturali di Paneveggio-Pale di San Martino e del Monte Corno, fra impronte di cervi, caprioli e volpi. Cene in baita ed escursioni al chiaro di luna con le guide alpine. Passeggiate notturne fra i Presepi di Tesero e ciaspolate sotto le stelle ascoltando le antiche storie del bosco con gli accompagnatori di “Sentieri in Compagnia”. Discese notturne in slittino nella pista illuminata di Obereggen. In Val di Fiemme there are many activites for non skiers such as snow walking and excursions in the natural parks of Paneveggio-Pale di San Martino and Monte Corno, among tracks of deer, roe-deer and foxes. Dinners at mountain restaurants and guided excursions under the moonlight. Night walkings among the Tesero nativities, and snow walking with the storytelling of “Sentieri in Compagnia”. Night sledging on the slope of Obereggen.

Per quelli più esperti suggeriamo uno dei tour in compagnia di un maestro di sci, che vi guiderà alla scoperta delle incantevoli piste del Passo Lavazè. La val di Fiemme è specializzata nell’ospitalità per i fondisti e fanno parte del club di prodotto Cross Country Ski Holidays che promuove le località alpine di eccellenza dedite allo sci di fondo.
For cross country newbies, Val di Fiemme offers free of charge ski lessons (group lesson for all beginners showing their FiemmE-motion Winter Card). For more experienced cross country skiers, we suggest a skiing tour with an instructor who will ski with you on the enchanting tracks at Passo Lavazè. In addition, Val di Fiemme is very attentive to cross country skiers, is member of the Cross Country Ski Holidays club, born to promote alpine resorts of excellence devoted to this discipline.

CLASSIFICAZIONE DEGLI APPARTAMENTI PRIVATI PER FERIE CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM FOR PRIVATE HOLIDAY APARTMENTS L’ApT della Val di Fiemme nel 2009 ha voluto aderire con entusiasmo ad un progetto provinciale che mira ad una maggiore regolamentazione degli appartamenti privati destinati ad affittanze turistiche. Il progetto prevede il sopraluogo da parte di personale addetto presso tutte le strutture associate all’ApT e la loro classificazione, da 1 a 4 genziane, secondo criteri oggettivi che analizzano tutti gli aspetti importanti ai fini del comfort offerto: dalla qualità dell’arredamento alla disposizione dei locali, dalla presenza del parcheggio a quella di apparecchiature come lavatrice o lavastoviglie, più eventuali “plus”
come ad esempio collegamento internet, biciclette a disposizione o barbecue. Questo permette al personale dell’Azienda per il Turismo di migliorare il livello di conoscenza delle strutture aderenti e poter orientare efficacemente l’ospite garantendo la qualità delle soluzioni proposte. Un gruppo di lavoro/rappresentanza di proprietari lavora costantemente insieme all’ApT per proseguire questa attività che ha previsto tra l’altro anche la creazione di un regolamento condiviso per le affittanze e dei prezzi indicativi min/max che possano essere da guida per tutti.
In 2009, the Val di Fiemme Tourist Board enthusiastically signed up a provincial project applying stricter regulations to private apartments for holiday rentals. All the apartments signed up to the local tourist board are subject to inspections by officers in charge, who assign a 1 to 4 gentian category, according to objective standards that analize what the facilities offer in terms of comfort: furniture quality and rooms layout; availability of parking spaces or household appliances such as washing machine and dishwasher; any other
“surplus value”, like Internet access, bicycles or barbecue. The local Tourist Board will thus have a better knowledge of the apartments available, in order to assure its guests the most appropriate accommodation solution and the best quality. A group of owners’ representatives is constantly working on the project with the local tourist board to establish, among other things, common rental rules and the indicative minimum/maximum prices that will serve as a guide for everyone.
