unique and picturesque concert venues in the nation!

Make plans to attend the Bluegrass Along the Harpeth festival the fourth weekend of

July in downtown Franklin for a weekend of clogging, fiddle contests, and performances from some of the nation’s best

bluegrass bands.

Be awed by amazing art at Gallery 202, located in one of downtown Franklin’s most illustrious

historic homes. Here, you’ll find paintings, glass, jewelry, pottery, antiques, and sculpture. Be sure to ask to see the scars the home

still bears from the Battle of

Franklin while you’re there.

Enjoy live music, performing arts, and movies at The Franklin Theatre, known as the crown jewel of Main Street. This historic movie theater opened in 1937 and has since been restored to its

former glory.

Check out the Art Crawl in

downtown Franklin on the first Friday of each month from 6 - 9 p.m. On this night, local businesses keep their doors open late to feature local and regional artists. Be sure to stop by the Visitor Center on the crawl!

Catch the Pilgrimage Music & Cultural Festival at The Park at

Harlinsdale Farm in September. Inspired by the spirit of New Orleans Jazz Fest, this festival draws tens of thousands of music

lovers and includes rock and roll, alt-country, bluegrass, jazz, indie, and gospel musicians on six stages, as well as local artisans and food trucks.
