DANCING

Grab those high heels and hit the dance floor! For a Latin flair, swing by Abanico Tapas Bar. If you’re ready to get your groove on, check out Vine Nightclub on the third level of Ink N Ivy for a fabulous and fun night!

HIKING

SPORTY

No matter what your fancy, Greenville has something special in store for you. Cheer your sneakers off watching any of our local pro sports teams—you’ve got baseball, soccer, and hockey from which to choose—or take a casual stroll along our bustling Main Street or in the increasingly popular Village of West Greenville.

SUMMERY

Feeling super casual and ready for fun in the sun? Put those flip-flops to good use at one of Greenville’s three waterparks: Discovery Island, Otter Creek, and 7th Inning Splash. You can also hit the splash zone at Unity Park or the Fountain Inn Splash Pad— they’re fun and free!

Whatever you’ve got strapped on your feet—from rugged hiking boots to 5-inch stilettos— Greenville has the perfect place for you to step out and enjoy doing what you love most.

CLIMBING

Reach new heights and challenge yourself (and the walls) when you put these shoes on your feet. Take a stab at bouldering at BlocHaven—one of the largest climbing gyms on the East Coast—or get your elevation on at Climb @ Blue Ridge. If the outdoors are your thing, we’ll put you on the right path. Take a quick hike at one of our three local state parks: Paris Mountain, Jones Gap, and Caesars Head, where you can hit the trail and explore some of our amazing wilderness, waterfalls, and natural landmarks.

COUNTRY

Those boots were made for walking— and dancing. Saddle up and discover some honky-tonk attitude—and a mechanical bull—at Cowboy Up, Greenville’s newest country music venue. For great live music and topnotch line dancing, check out Blind Horse Saloon. This country western nightclub has been an area staple for almost 30 years, offering linedancing lessons with Pirate Cowboy and nightly entertainment from their house band, One Eyed Jack.
