SURROUNDING TOWNS

THAT’S A RUSH!

Put the pedal to the metal and let your inner speed demon take the wheel at Greenville’s premier indoor karting track. Take a spin around Speed Factory Indoor Karting’s formidable ten-turn track with friends or do some solo steering to try and beat the record 18.5-second top lap time. Remember the words of America’s favorite fictional NASCAR legend, “If you ain’t first, you’re last.”

For an aboveground adventure with more bounce to the ounce, swap out your shoes for sock feet and hop on over to one of our popular indoor trampoline parks. If you didn’t get enough dodgeball in middle school gym class, Sky Zone Greenville has it covered with a wall-to-wall trampoline court that gives a whole new meaning to the term “airborne attack.” You can also kick it freestyle and challenge your high-flying companions to an old-fashioned jump-off. The loser must make it to the top of the Warped Wall!

With numerous aerial activities housed in 27,000 spring-loaded square feet, DEFY Greenville invites you to do your best Michael Jordan air dunk and brave a Ninjaworthy obstacle course—throwing stars not included. Touting itself as “the trampoline park with more,” Big Air Trampoline Park is worth seeking out for some sky time. Or, if you’re looking for a lot of options in one big space, check out Urban Air Adventure Park, with everything from bumper cars to climbing walls, an indoor playground, and a Battle Beam!

Finally, if you’re looking to burn some energy or blow off a little steam, check out The Mad Smash – Rage Room, where you can let loose and destroy everything from vases to cars. It’s a great time—and a great workout!

THAT’S GAME!

Proving that it is possible to look cool while wearing bowling shoes, the impressive Spare Time Greenville entertainment complex, with 14 lanes of strike-ing pleasure, is also home to a laser tag arena, four escape rooms, and a Game Zone alive with the electric glow of more than 80 arcade games. You can also stop in at Bowlero to pick up a spare during Blacklight Bowling, or just watch a game in HD with a delicious drink in their sports bar. Stone Pin Company’s upscale, boutique-style bowling alley is the perfect place to let the good times roll (literally) while enjoying a tasty “Seven Ten Split” or “Right Up Your Alley” cocktail.

Check out Dave & Buster’s at Magnolia Park to try your hand at a wide variety of arcade amusements, ranging from oldschool classics like Pac-Man and Skee-Ball to more modern play on the Million Dollar Midway, or head over to Group Therapy Pub & Playground for big-scale games, epic putt-putt, trivia, karaoke, and more. While you’re there, don’t forget to check out the bathroom—that’s where the party really gets started!

If playing putt-putt feels a little… small, go have some big fun at Topgolf instead, where you can reserve a bay, grab some snacks, socialize with friends, and practice your drive. Make sure you try all the different golf games available to keep things extra interesting.

Whether you’re more Tiger Woods or Happy Gilmore, the three mini-golf courses at Frankie’s Fun Park pack big-time fun into a pint-sized attraction. Putt over the rolling hills, through the rushing waterfalls, and past the rigorous obstacles to stake your claim as the king (or queen) of the greens. Celebrate victory with a round in the batting cage or a turn aboard the spinning, 60-foot-tall Discovery thrill ride!

For those who feel that they are Vikings at heart, there are a few options to hone your axe-wielding skills—check out one of the 16 lanes at Craft Axe Throwing or consult with the “axe-perts” to get your aim down at The Blue Ox Hatchet House.

Of course, sometimes it’s more fun to zone out while playing a video game, and fortunately, we’ve got options for that, too! Go back in time at Pinky’s Revenge Arcade & Game Lounge, where you can find a little bit of everything— from the most obscure pinball games from days gone by, to arcade classics worth revisiting. For another blast from the past, don’t miss the Upstate Pinball & Arcade Museum, where you can find pinball, arcade games, and even retro consoles—both for reminiscing and for playing.
