Story, activities and simple crafts, to celebrate the Rose Theatre’s production of this classic children’s picture book.
Slurp noodles with the whole family while the little ones play “Noodles and Chopsticks” (our version of Snakes & Ladders).
Can you find all the scarecrows hidden in the shop windows at Eden Walk? We need to find them all so they get to the “scarecrows wedding” in time! You too could be a guest at the “Scarecrows Wedding” by naming all the shops you find a scarecrow in and post your completed entry into our competition box in the Centre Square.

Visit our workshop and design your very own scarecrow. You will have lots of fun getting your scarecrow ready for the wedding; make sure they look their very best! Don’t forget to visit our face painter who can transform you into one of scarecrows wedding guests!

Turk Launches Free kids’ boat trips Free travel for children 2–11 years on a round trip river cruise from Kingston to Hampton Court Palace. Depart Turk’s Pier, Thames Side, KT1 1PX at Kingston Bridge behind John Lewis cruising to Turk’s Pier, Hampton Court next to the Palace gates. The free trip is for a round trip or one-way only, if you would like to get off and explore Hampton Court Palace, you will need to buy a ticket for the return trip. 10.30am & 11.15am
