Start your adventure at Bury Bolton Street station which will be transformed into a beautifully decorated winter wonderland. Don’t forget to say hello to Mrs Claus and singalong with the carol singing choir of polar bears before boarding your train for an 80-minute festive journey like no other. Santa’s Magical Grotto at Affinity Lancashire

There’s lots of special guests planning to visit Affinity Lancashire this December including the Grinch, Buddy the Elf, real-life reindeers and more! But the most important visitor will be Father Christmas himself who will be appearing in a magical grotto. No need to pre book and every child receives a gift from Santa.

Santa will be visiting Astley Hall again this Christmas and he can’t wait to meet you and hear about the lovely things you have been up to this year. Before you get to meet him in his grotto in the Great Hall, you’ll be able to take part in some festive activities and storytelling.
