Gambero Rosso s.r.l, the hosting partner based in Rome, Italy, will host the participants for professional training activities, whilst focusing on the following areas of expertise: Giorno 1 – Professione e dinamiche del settore • Ospitalità contemporanea • Savoi-faire • Immagine • Dress code • L’importanza del sorriso

GfNA-II.7 VET Mobility Agreement Staff – 2020 - 2023 Monitoring arrangements: - Monitoring and Mentoring of the participants: Monitoring and mentoring activities will be done by all partners of the net in cooperation and their main aim is to: - Support all participants during their traineeship period abroad; - Collect participants’ feedbacks; - Take action in case of need; - Support the partners of the net and inform them constantly during the training programme. - Evaluation and Validation of the training placement: Monitoring and mentoring activities will be important to evaluate the project and its results.
Post mobility
At the end of each mobility the sending institution in cooperation with all other partners of the net will provide the following certificates and documents to recognize the work placement period abroad:
