Once again we are proud to support Plymouth City Council with public catering and licensed bars for the 2019 Armed Forces Day

plymoutharmedforcesday.co.uk

Welcome This year’s Plymouth Armed Forces Day is going to be spectacular, with so much to see and do. I am really looking forward to watching the Red Arrows, visiting the many exciting displays on Plymouth Hoe and meeting the military personnel. Armed Forces Day is a chance to celebrate and say thank you to the men and women who make up the Armed Forces community: from currently serving troops to Service families, veterans and cadets. We are very proud of our military history and our Armed Forces based in the city. It is wonderful to see the Plymouth community showing their support at this event. I would like to wish you all a very enjoyable day. Thank you for your support. Councillor Richard Ball Lord Mayor of Plymouth

The Royal Navy and Royal Marines are extremely proud to support Plymouth’s Armed Forces Day once more, alongside the Army, Royal Air Force and all our veterans and cadet organisations. The Services have a long and successful relationship with the City of Plymouth and the surrounding communities, yet there are few occasions for us to join together to demonstrate our shared commitment. Armed Forces Day is the perfect opportunity to celebrate that relationship and all that we achieve together, whether in Defence of the United Kingdom, providing stability around the world or supporting our city and its people. I hope you enjoy Armed Forces Day and thank you for your continued and valued support. Commodore Peter Coulson Naval Base Commander Devonport
