Cornwall College Saltash’s Hospitality & Catering Department managed by Chris Penk. We have been awarded 3 Centres of Excellence, Gold Accreditation and an AA Highly Recommended College Rosette, making us the best catering college in the South West. We are delighted with the recent investment that has been made into our campus with the development of Dynnargh restaurant, adding fantastic opportunities for those learners wishing to achieve internationally recognised qualifications in the Hospitality and Professional Cookery industry.

Adrian began fishing in 1987, starting as a deck hand and worked his way up to skipper on crabbing boats. After working in the industry for 25 years and exuding passion about the UK Seafish Industry, an opportunity arose where he could share his knowledge and inspire the UK public and chefs. He wanted to prove how good UK Shellfish is to eat and how easy it is to pick a crab without fear and so Crabstock Shellfish Festival was born!

Samantha Williams-Wright has returned to home after 20 years in the Channel Islands and is now the Crowne Plaza’s Executive Head Chef. Most recently Sam was Catering Manager for the States of Jersey Prison Service where she made a massive impact in this role which she found particularly rewarding.Sam has previously held the position of Head Chef in Plymouth working at Plymouth Pavilions and frequently catered for large events and entertained dignitaries including the Prime Minister, Dame Shirley Bassey and Sir Tom Jones.
