REIMAGINE WHAT’S POSSIBLE
This is where the country’s largest alpine lake collides with the Biggest Little City in the World, and where the phrase “one-dimensional” is taboo.
Reno Tahoe is not your typical meetings destination. It’s a thrilling collision of contrasts. When majestic mountains converge on rugged high desert, an energy fills the air. It makes people want to see more, do more, be more.
It’s the West’s alpine playground and it’s yours for the taking – as long as you’re fueled by ambition.
Though we’re known for paddleboarding by day and crowd surfing all night, this is a place that gets down to business. We love the planners who hustle, the guys and gals who go over the top to make an event out of this world. It’s how we work around here. Case in point – we own our destination’s greatest meeting and convention spaces to make it easier and smarter to host the event you’re dreaming of.
It helps that our wild, natural environments coexist beautifully with our more industrial side. We’re talking 300 days of annual sunshine to make planning a dream, the space for tech’s biggest names to set up shop and the convenience of being a 15-minutes-to-anywhere town. And that’s just the beginning of our story.
DISCOVER YEAR-ROUND FUN
There are many reasons to visit Reno Tahoe, but we’ll give you four of our favorite – spring, summer, fall and winter.
See, around here, there’s no such thing as a down season, only down time (and how you and your group are going to fill it). Reno Tahoe rocks it all year round with sunny days and an event calendar that could fill, well, an actual calendar.
Like most destinations, we hit our stride in summer when our iconic events are in full swing. In between these world-class occasions, we recommend spending the days waist deep in America’s most beautiful lake (as voted by readers of USA Today) or with a ballpark dog in hand at a Reno Aces baseball game.
In the fall, our otherworldly outdoors explode with color. Grab your group and hit the trail on foot or bike for views like you’ve never seen before.
If you and your group are the winter warrior type, you’ll want to sit down for this – Reno Tahoe boasts the highest concentration of ski resorts in North America. Seriously. Leave room in your schedule for a powder day and grab your whiteout weapon of choice.
The only thing more prolific than our skiing? Our golfing. Spring is the time to dust off your clubs, choose from more than 50 world-class courses, and watch what the crisp mountain air does for your first drive of the season.
YOUR STAGE IS SET
Reno Tahoe is made for meetings. Get here, get around, find your perfect space and partake in an unforgettable after-party; you’ll find it all in the most ambitious meetings destination in the West.
Here, getting down to business is an art form (and in a town where the walls are covered in murals, that’s saying something). Our signature recipe blends plentiful, varied and flexible meeting space with our all-out effort to deliver amazing service. Our actual recipes from on-site catering teams offer your guests some of the most creative cuisine choices around – everything from Nevada ranch-style buffets to gourmet plated meals and the most current foodie trends.
Cutting-edge technology is as abundant and accessible as our upscale, yet affordable, accommodations. And when all the greatest venues rest within 15 minutes of the Reno-Tahoe International Airport, it makes our after-hours, something-for-everybody, year-round, indoor-outdoor playground mentality even sweeter.
With all we have to offer, including expert help in planning from the people who know Reno, Sparks and North Lake Tahoe best, your success story is all but written.
