Porsborgs Gastro Bar is located in one of Ribe’s oldest cellars from 1582. That in itself makes it a very special place to visit. To be noted is also Porsborgs’ focus on serving dishes made from seasonal ingredients, for the most part, served to be shared tableside. Add to that, an always interesting wine selection, Ribe’s largest selection of exotic special brews from local and international brewers, and an always well-selected coffee.

Porsborgs is the perfect mix between a historical setting and a modern restaurant and bar.

Kolvig - by Brorsonsminde has one of Ribe’s most beautiful locations, next to Ribe Å, in the beautiful old Kolviggaard. Here the focus is on the good dining experience, so expect to be spoiled while enjoying the beautiful view.

Conference room and restaurant are only separated by a short walk from one side of the stream to the other. Enjoy the fresh air and gather appetite for food and knowledge to and from the conference room.

Coffee and light meals can be enjoyed in the idyllic old congregation house ”Brorsonsminde”, where all modern meeting facilities help to make a meeting in the heart of Ribe a good and unique experience.
