Experience the presence of history at the beautiful Det Gamle Rådhus (the Old Town Hall). The Old Town Hall functions as a venue for many different types of events. The historic building is often used for weddings, where romance replaces the macabre sentencing by the court that took place here in the old days.

The town hall rooms exude history and greatness. In 1708 the house was bought by the City of Ribe and from 1709 functioned as a town hall. The Old Town Hall is a great venue for conferences, information meetings, seminars, receptions, cultural lectures, smaller concerts, exhibitions, etc.
