Kunsten - The restaurant in Musikhuset Esbjerg One of the perks of having your conference or meeting in Musikhuset Esbjerg is the great food you are going to eat. The man behind the food is one of the region’s culinary stars, Jacob Møller Justesen, who has a past at Michelin-starred restaurant Henne Kirkeby Kro, Hotel Britannia and Restaurant Justesen among others.

Today, Jacob Møller Justesen is the head chef at Musikhuset Esbjerg’s restaurant Kunsten, where he and his skilled team of chefs excels in food that is fresh and based on local and seasonal produce. The food can be served in Kunsten, overlooking the Port of Esbjerg, in Musikhuset Esbjerg’s beautiful foyer or even on the stage in the Concert Hall. The possibilities are endless.
