Visit Syracuse leads the generation of nearly $900 million in direct visitor spending annually to the local economy, and as Central New York’s largest Destination Marketing Organization (DMO), works to deliver short-term and future income for businesses, employment for residents and tax revenue for local government.

By collaborating with community stakeholders, Visit Syracuse will be the prime visitors advocate and regional leader of destination marketing positioning Onondaga County and Central New York to thrive as a premiere travel destination.

Our organization is actively involved in Travel Unity, an organization with the purpose of increasing inclusion in the world of travel. Our upcoming Strategic Planning process will also further our commitment and strengthen our abilities and understanding in how to better promote diversity, inclusivity and equity within the travel and hospitality industry.
