The Faroe Islands in a bottle – Faer Isles Distillery uses local botanicals to create spirits that capture the flavours and culinary traditions of the islands. This tour will run you through the story of the distillery, and you will get the chance to taste the spirits and talk to the people behind the distillery.

Fishing With Bl Stein

Join us on a 4 hour fishing trip from Vestmanna. The captain has been fishing the grounds for 20 years, and will teach you how to fish. Most common fish we land are haddock, cod, saithe and common dab. You can keep the catch or give it to the locals.

GUIDED WALK THROUGH TÓRSHAVN’S OLD TOWN, TINGANES

Historic Tinganes is the oldest part of Tórshavn and still today houses the Prime Minister’s office and several government departments. This district has always been the political and commercial heart of the Faroe Islands and over the centuries has been a place of murky commercial dealings and political struggles as well as romance and intrigue. Who knows, you may even bump into the Faroese Prime Minister as you wander around here. Even if you don’t and only come across the free-range chicken that call Tinganes home, you’ll soon understand that tradition and modernity go hand in hand in this very special part of the Faroese capital.

Egholm Tours

Tórshavn harbour trip with silent electric motor with zero emissions. We sail slowly past Tinganes and the old warehouses and out towards Sandágerði. On the way, the captain will point out items of interest whilst you enjoy the fresh sea air and smell the salty sea – all without any engine noise. We have all necessary safety equipment on board.
