PRICES: Effective July 1, 2021, we reserve the right to change prices without notice-wholesale trade only. TERMS: F.O.B. Coloma, Michigan. Net 30 days on approved accounts. 1.5% finance charge per month (18% annual) on overdue accounts. PAYMENT: Cash, check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX or Discover. INIMUM ORDER: M The minimum order per shipment is $150, not including shipping charges. Orders that do not meet the $150 minimum, will have a $25.00 handling fee added to their order. Order quantities that do not meet the unit multiple listed, will be adjusted up to the next multiple quantity to ship full units per variety. ORDERING: Orders are accepted and acknowledged on the condition that they may be voided or changed without liability to DeGroot for delay or failure to deliver caused by crop failure, inclement weather, winter storage, or conditions beyond our control. An order acknowledgement will be sent to you as confirmation of the merchandise you have requested. Please notify us as soon as possible of changes you wish to make. Orders may not be altered or cancelled within two weeks of their scheduled due date. CUSTOMER PICKUPS: In order to ensure your order is pulled and packed prior to your arrival, we require a 72-hour notice for a customer pickup. SHIPPING: Spring product will ship February 4th through May 27th (subject to availability). Our team is committed to the safe packaging of your order and will choose the most efficient and economical carrier for shipping plant material. Customer shipping requests for specific carriers will be honored. In all cases, the customer is responsible for the product after it is delivered by the carrier. DeGroot will not be liable to the customer for delivery delays arising from conditions beyond our control. GUARANTEE: We guarantee our product to be viable, healthy, and free from injurious insects and disease upon receipt. Upon arrival, unpack product immediately and inspect it with the delivery driver present. Should any product be delivered in damaged condition, file a claim with the delivery carrier and notify DeGroot. Claims or shortages must be reported within 10 days after receipt of shipment. Do not throw away any product that has been reported damaged, as a disposition authorization must come from DeGroot. Protect from excessive heat or cold and keep away from moist or wet areas during storage. We give no warranty to viability of our product after 10 days of receipt. We do not guarantee survival of plants potted or planted in the Fall. We accept no responsibility for the guarantee our customers give their customers. In no case will DeGroot be liable for any amount greater than the sum originally received for our product.
