THE MANY FACETS OF OPTIMIST CLUB Our club meets weekly during the noon hour at the Parker Center in downtown Minot. Each week, a local community member is invited to speak to our group whether the subject matter is community involvement, professional development, service requests or simply entertainment. Because our main purpose as a club is to provide safe and fun activities for the youth of our region, Optimists spend their time creating these opportunities for children and adults in Minot and the surrounding area. Here’s a sample of programs put forth by the Minot Optimist Club over the past few years. If you would like to make a difference in our community and enhance the lives of our children, we welcome you to join our club!
