In our own production we process genuine black dyed belt strap made of polyester (PES) with an extension below 7%. Genuine black dyed belt strap will permanently keep its deep black colour and does not stain. Tensioning elements (SE) and connecting elements (VE) are adjusted to the particular lashing systems. SAFETEX lashing straps are manufactured and tested according to EN 12195-2.

Rope holder length adjustment

For professionally suspending static loads in event engineering. Six, sprung, steel ballbearings lock together under load. The cap nut is tighte ned by hand in the desired position and the steel rope is finally secured. The holder can be positioned at any point on the steel rope by means of loosening and pressing the cap nut. It has been licensed by the profes sional association according to BGV-C1 and tested by the TÜV (German Safety Standards Authority). The clamp shall be installed between 20 % and 40 % of the cotter pin length away from the rope socket enclosure. This will prevent that the rope is deformed if the distance is too short, or that the cotter pin can fall out of the enclosure when the rope is released and the distance is too large.
