Our network of reliable professional partners: jewellers, dress-makers, hair and make-up stylists, photographers, will be a great source to help you to identify fairtraded and produced products that will make your special day natural, unique and exceptional. NEW EXCLUSIVE RENTAL: of the Vivenda Miranda Residence, including accommodation for a maximum 52 guests, all services, wedding planning support, fresh and healthy breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner is available from a minimum of two days to weekly hire options. Daily rental rates start at €4.900. Our wedding support team will be delighted to discuss and organise your event. terms & conditions

1.

All prices are in euros, per person and include VAT and taxes. These prices may be changed without notice and are subject to confirmation!

2.

The maximum size of party is up to 80 people. If your number is less than 50 an exclusivity fee of € 40 per person will apply.

3.

Prices include one night with VIP treatment for the bride and groom in one of our wedding suites, if exclusively booked.

4.

The hotel offers a menu tasting for 2 people after receiving the second payment. There is a choice of two dishes per course. Any drinks and canapés are not included in the tasting menu.

5.

Children up to 2 years of age are free of charge. Children aged between 3 and 12 years pay the children’s price.

6.

The prices contained in this brochure are for a set menu. Alternative vegetarian, vegan or raw dishes can be catered for. The chosen menu must consist of a minimum of 5 courses.

7.

The hotel will not accept responsibility for any entertainment that has not been booked directly by the hotel. However, all entertainment services hired by the party organiser must be approved by the hotel management prior to contracting.

8. The hotel does not take responsibility for any gifts, cards, cake etc., left in the hotel. Please ensure you collect all of your belongings before leaving the hotel. 9.

On the wedding day, musical entertainment is allowed up until 11:30pm. The wedding party must end by midnight at the latest.

Payment & Cancellation Policy 10.

To guarantee your booking and to confirm the date, we kindly ask for a deposit of € 2000 with reservation confirmation. A further payment of € 2000 is due 6 months prior to event date. The remaining payment must to be settled according to your booking confirmation. All accounts must be set tled 14 working days in advance of your reception.

11.

30 days before the event, special requests, table plan, menu choices and number of guests must be confirmed and should be the final number for billing purposes. Should the number of people be higher than the confirmed billing, this will be adjusted accordingly. Should the total number of guests be lower after the 14 days prior event, the difference will not be refunded.

12.

Confirmation of menu choice must be made 30 days prior to the event date.

13.

The deposit confirms the acceptance of the reservation and the confirmation. In case of cancellation the deposit is not refundable. The acceptance of transferring received payments to an alternative date is at the discretion of the hotel.
