Dear colleagues, partners, and customers of JSC TransContainer! 2007 was our first full year of independent business operations, and its results can outline the main trends in the development of our company as an independent player in the world container market over the long term. It can be said with confidence that in 2007 we made significant progress across all areas of our business. In particular, we substantially increased the volumes of traffic, expanded the geography of JSC TransContainer's presence on the world stage, as well as replenshed our specialized rolling stock. As a result, we have secured more than a dozen long-term contracts with major multinational companies, both with owners of the goods and with world leaders in transportation and logistics. Today, the company faces equally serious challenges. In particular, we intend to actively develop international cooperation and improve transport technology to provide our customers in Russia and abroad with comprehensive services that match the highest quality standards. The booklet that you are holding will give you detailed information on Russia's national container operator, JSC TransContainer, and will allow you to form your own opinion about its future prospects. Sincetrely yours, General Director JSC TransContainer

Peter Baskakov
