The Koch snowflake is a mathematical curve and one of the earliest fractal curves to have been described. It is based on the Koch curve which was presented by Swedish mathematician Helge von Koch. The Koch curve has an infinite length because the total length of the curve increases by one third with each iteration. Each iteration creates four times as many line segments as in the pervious iteration, with the length of each one being one-third the length of the segments in the previous stage.

! Seatlle Central Library Seatlle Central Library is located at Seattle, Washington, USA. Designed by OMA and LMN. It is one of the most inspiring projects by far not just the skin or the structure of the building by it’s the new program relations that make of this more than a mere library but an enhanced public space around knowledge. It redefines the library as an institution no longer exclusively dedicated to the book but an information store where all potent forms of media. Instead of its current ambiguous flexibility, the library could cultivate a more refined approach by organising itself into spatial compartments, each dedicated to and equipped for specific duties. Tailored flexibility remains possible within each compartment but without the threat of one section hindering the others. Each platform is a programmatic cluster that is architecturally defined and equipped for maximum dedicated performance. Because each platform is designed for a unique purpose, their size, flexibility, circulation, palette, structure and MEP vary. The spaces in between the platforms function as trading floors where librarians inform and stimulate, where the interface between the different platforms is organised spaces for work, interaction and play.

Sendai Mediatheque The intentions of the Sebdai Mediatheque were designing a transparent cultural media center that is supported by a unique system to allow complete visibility and transparency to the surrounding community. Each plan is free form, as the structural column lattices are independent of the facade and fluctuate in decimetre as they stretch from floor to floor. The simplest intentions of focusing on plates, tubes and skin allows for a poetic and visually intriguing design as well as a complex system of activities and informational systems.

Downtown Athletic Club The Athletic Club represents the complete conquest floor by floor of the skyscraper by social activity; with the Downtown Athletic Club the American way of life. The lowest floors are equipped for relatively conventional athletic pursuits ; square, poolrooms etc all sandwich between locker rooms. But then ascent through the upper layers of the structure with its implied approximation of a theorectial ‘peak’ condition. The 15 top floors contain 111 hotel rooms. From the first to the twelfth floors, ascent inside the Downtown Athletic ‘programs’ offered on each platform. The next five floors are devoted to eating, resting and socialising. From the 20th to the 35th floors, it contains only bedrooms. Each plan is an abstract composition of activities that describes on each of the synthetic platforms.

! Gyre Also known as the swirl, it is generated from five identical rectangular floor plates that are rotated on a vertical axis and then trimmed to fit the site on Omotesando street. ‘a building in the shape of a gyre is a body in motion, with a magnetism that exudes energy. Our hope is to become an incubator of a new way of shopping, thoughtfully, in a way that becomes force for good. Gyre connects with your and connects you to the world’ This rotation generates spaces, which far form being residual are utilised as terraces. This concept allows the architects to confer a certain lightness to the massive volumes that make up the composition. Some terraces are connected by external stairs that trigger a type of circulation not common in commercial buildings, which rather have an internal circulation that distributed to all stores. They create an identical pair of vertically stepped terraced streets one on each side of the core. One travels up from omotessando street and the other down to cat street. These public routes are connected via the shops at every level throughout the block. The ground floor tenants houses big names while higher up houses smaller shops and the top levels contain a series fo different restaurants.

Cooper Union
From the double-high entry lobby, the grand stair ascends four stories to terminate in a glazed double-high student lounge overlooking the city. On the fifth through ninth floors, sky lobbies and meeting places—including a student lounge, seminar rooms, lockers, and seating areas overlooking the cityscape—are organized around the central atrium. Sky bridges span the atrium to create connections between these informal spaces. Further reinforcement of the strategy to create a vibrant intellectual space is provided by the “skip-stop” circulation strategy which allows for both increased physical activity and for more impromptu meeting opportunities. The primary skip-stop elevators, which make stops at the first, fifth and eighth floors, encourage occupants to use the grand stairs and sky bridges. Secondary elevators stop at each floor, both for ADA compliance and for the practical tasks of moving materials, artworks, and equipment. Many of the public functions - an exhibition gallery, board room and a two-hundred-seat auditorium - are easily accessible one level below grade.

Paracitism 2.0 is based on the form or technique called grafting. Grafting is a technique where one organism is grafted on another and become part of that organism. Based on the previous processes, the main grafting process that was used was parasite. Where an organism lives on or in an organism of another species and slowly consume the organism. A variety of forms were experimented and slowly selected a form that was the most successful in terms of the idea of parasite grafting.
