onstruído em 1923, o esplendor histórico do Copacabana Palace no Rio de Janeiro foi denominado após os fabulosos hotéis da Cote d’Azur, na França. O Golden Room do hotel já recebeu artistas como Josephine Baker, Ella Fitzgerald, Marlene Dietrich, Ray Charles e Nat King Cole. uilt in 1923, the historic splendor of the Copacabana Palace in Rio de Janeiro was styled after the fabulous hotels on the Cote d’Azur in France. The hotel’s Golden Room hosted such artists as Josephine Baker, Ella Fitzgerald, Marlene Dietrich, Ray Charles, and Nat King Cole. In 1989, the Copacabana Palace was added to the National Heritage list and in 2012 refurbished to make it a unique luxury destination, which today is part of the Belmond collection of exceptional hotels.
