We are so proud to welcome you to Villa Embrace and have this opportunity to share a little bit of its story.
We fell hopelessly in love with St. Barths many years ago on our very first visit. We have travelled throughout the world but there is really nowhere else on earth that magically combines the most beautiful beaches, fascinating people, irresistible shopping, and spectacular restaurants – all with that unique and luxurious, only-in-St Barths laid-back charm. It has been a true pleasure to bring Villa Embrace to life here.
The adventure of building a dream vacation home on the island began over 10 years ago, when we literally stumbled upon the opportunity to acquire a magnificent parcel of land in this absolutely ideal location overlooking the shimmering Gustavia harbor. The slight catch was that we had only three days to sign the purchase agreement! It was that once-in-a-lifetime opportunity that we couldn’t let pass, and we pulled out all the stops to make it happen.
Building Villa Embrace was an epic experience involving the most creative and innovative international design and engineering experts and tens of thousands of work hours over five years from a dedicated construction team. It was a real labor of love for all of us and a synthesis of everything we had seen and imagined could provide the ultimate luxury vacation home experience. We hope you feel that we have not only met, but exceeded our goal of creating the most exceptional of properties anywhere in the world.
The name we chose perfectly expresses how we feel about the home and the island itself. To embrace means to hold someone close with great warmth and affection. We welcome you to Villa Embrace with open arms, just as St. Barths welcomed our family. We hope you will love it here as much as we do.

Soothing colors that reflect the surroundings predominate, and local stone and exotic woods are used throughout. The palette was inspired by nature, including mother-of-pearl tiles evoking shimmering seashells and whitewashed European oak accented by rich exotic wood in calming driftwood shades. The infinity pools are tiled in iridescent cobalt blue glass tiles that blend seamlessly with the sea at dusk.

Within the villa’s expansive spaces, nature’s beauty is invited into every room. The airy architecture and sleek design details are beautifully complemented by works from some of the world’s most iconic artists.
Driven by innovation, Embrace celebrates the art of detail through its unparalleled sense of style. Throughout the villa’s expansive spaces, custom lighting fixtures and furnishings offer bold and unexpected surprises in material, shape, and form.
The villa offers shared spaces throughout the levels for guests to dine, gather, play or relax. The heart of the villa is the Great Room with an open-concept living and dining room, 13-foot professional bar, and adjacent Family Room. These spacious areas are furnished with handmade silk rugs and custom Italian sofas ideal for an afternoon of reading, sunset cocktails, evening movie watching, or late-night conversation.
Two heated infinity pools are surrounded by ample lounge seating. The 100-foot pool directly off the Great Room is one of the largest on the island.
In the Games Room, Vladimir Kagan armchairs are the perfect spot for hours of friendly competition at the custom leather T.T. Trunks gaming table, designed by the owners themselves. Everyone will enjoy a wide variety of their favourite games, and guests of all ages can also try their hand at the room’s selection of video games and consoles.
If you choose to get a little work done, the impressive top-floor study offers everything you need with custom furnishings, including a commanding black nutwood and leather desk by Knoll and a magnificent view of the harbour.
A spacious, fully equipped gym is at your disposal, featuring state-of-the-art Technogym equipment.
Decompress in our relaxing outdoor massage area or enjoy a soothing bath in one of the villa’s outdoor Japanese soaking tubs in an idyllic garden setting.
Internationally trained, world-class chefs, prepare creative, beautifully presented dishes day and night. Dining can be enjoyed alfresco as you watch the sun rise or set or in the main dining room. The outdoor kitchen features a pizza oven and BBQ for a casual poolside lunch or have a picnic basket prepared for a day at the beach. End your day with an elegant dinner and perfectly paired wines from our extensive collection. Whatever your needs or wishes, menus are created with extraordinary flair.
Every detail of life at Villa Embrace has been meticulously thought out for the total enjoyment of our guests. The Villa Embrace service team is led by an in-house butler available 24/7 to meet your every need and request throughout your stay in the home and on the island. Our butler team, private chefs, housekeeping staff, and pool and property managers ensure that your visit is filled with unforgettable moments and memories.
In addition to the beautiful rooms and amenities throughout, the villa also offers a 10-car underground garage, a private road and parking area at the top floor entrance, professional and personal laundry facilities, as well as indoor and outdoor kitchens. Everything in the villa is run on Crestron Processors, and for added peace of mind, the entire property is protected by a state-of-the-art security system.
Each of the villa’s five suites features clean, contemporary décor and floor-to-ceiling windows to reflect the beautiful nature beyond.
Windows disappear into walls to bring you one step closer to the sparkling Caribbean Sea, a view that can be enjoyed from the sanctuary of your bed or from your private terrace. While the view is stunning, so too are the exclusive finishes within, including hand-stitched leather cabinets from T.T. Trunks Paris, and custom Stark rugs.
The villa’s largest suite is located on the top floor of Embrace. The Gustavia suite has a separate dressing area with built-in make-up table and a walk-in closet. The ensuite has a large tub and a separate steam shower, along with direct access to an outdoor shower enveloped in a private garden. The interior finishings include a custom headboard made in onyx by Italian artists, Barberini & Gunnell. The seating area offers bespoke furniture crafted in England, inspired by Vladimir Kagan’s designs.

Set on the top floor, this suite offers ample indoor and outdoor space to enjoy the sea view. This suite offers custom furnishings from India Mahdavi, and Minotti. The St. Jean suite has a large indoor and a separate outdoor shower which overlooks a lush hidden waterfall.
Inspired by the marina and sea view, this suite features cobalt blue Cassina Utrecht chairs, white leather and chrome accents from Minotti, as well as a custom headboard by Barberini & Gunnell inspired by seashells in a mother-of-pearl finish. The Colombier’s ensuite has the largest shower in the villa, as well as direct access to a spacious outdoor shower and to the 100-foot infinity pool.
This large suite features custom furnishings from Reda Amalou, B&B Italia, and Minotti. The Gouverneur Suite’s ensuite has a large shower and an adjacent outdoor Japanese soaking tub, and a private terrace where you can enjoy gorgeous sunsets over Gustavia.
